Keyboard Shortcuts

When you activate the ‘Enable PlayoutONE Keyboard’ option in settings, PlayoutONE will look for a combination of keystrokes which will trigger various functions.

This will allow you to use the USB PlayoutONE Keyboard or program your own external keyboard to perform common actions or use the

Other Functions

Keys	Action
CTL + F1	Play next item in the playlist. The equivalent of pressing the ‘Play’ button on the playlist. NOTE: The only difference with this function is it will also load the next item if not already cued so pressing this will always play the next item regardless.
CTL + F2	Toggle chain status of the current playing item if the item is from a playlist.
CTL + F3	Make the chain status of the current playing item STOPPED if the item is from a playlist.
CTL + F4	Make the chain status of the current playing item GO if the item is from a playlist.
CTL + 7	Show Segue Editor
CTL + 8	Auto TOGGLE
CTL + 9	Auto OFF
CTL + 0	Auto ON
SHIFT + ALT + Y	Stop everything
SHIFT + ALT + X	Prefade current selected item on playlist
SHIFT + ALT + W	Prefade stop
SHIFT + ALT + E	Prefade TOGGLE current selected item on playlist
CTL + P	Record voicetrack / Play next item when voicetracking / Stop voicetracking. NOTE: This shortcode is the same as pressing the VT button on the playlist and pressing 'Yes' on the confirm popup.
CTL + O	Live Mic input TOGGLE.
