Folder Sync is useful for when you wish to keep a backup folder in sync with the main folder. Any change in the main folder will be replicated to the backup folder.
Folder Sync uses Windows Robocopy on the backend.

Source FolderThe main folder to monitor. Can be network or local 
Destination FolderThe folder to copy the content to. Can be network or local 
File WildcardFiles to be watched for changes. By default *.* for everything. Only 1 Wildcard can be used 
Copy SubfoldersIf checked, then Subfolders within the source folder will also be monitored. 
Delete From DestinationWhen checked, if a file is deleted from the source it will also be deleted from the Destination.
