TCP Server

To enable the TCP Server within Data Controller so that other applications can send commands via TCP.

  1. Click the Settings button from the top bar of Data Controller.
  2. Go to the Integrations Tab
  3. Click Add Button
  4. Choose TCP Server from the Service drop-down menu
  5. Fill in the port number for the Server to listen on

External applications can then send any command to Data Controller by sending a command via the TCP port.

Data Controller Machine IP or NameThe machine name or IP address of the PC where Data Controller is running. 
PortThe Port set in Step 3 above 
CommandThe command must match a command entry in the Command Matrix
