For PlayoutONE Clients to connect to the Server, Windows File Sharing must be enabled. If you are having problems after a Windows update or after turning on the Windows Firewall with connectivity then check to ensure Windows File Sharing is enabled.
- Click the Windows Start Menu and type Sharing
- Click Manage Advanced Sharing Settings
- Make sure that under both Private & Domain networks, Turn On Network Discovery and Turn On File And Printer Sharing are checked
- If you still are having issues then disable your Windows Firewall temporarily and contact Support
